Cottage Kit Light Warmth
Professional service in Nairobi

Welcome to Cottage Kit Light Warmth

Ticket and call systems for busy service halls in Nairobi, splitting one long line into flows that move at the speed each transaction actually needs. When more people gather in a branch than the counter can serve, the problem is rarely staffing: it is how the flow is organised. That is the part we work on. That is exactly what we work on: queue building at the counter.

Common questions

Designing the flow before buying screens

Usually two or three. More than that and customers pick wrongly, which recreates the problem the system was installed to remove.
Almost always it is a distribution problem, not a headcount one. With no ticketing system everyone joins the same line for transactions that take wildly different times, and one long case holds up ten short ones. Splitting the flows by transaction type usually cuts the wait without adding staff.
Not normally. Staff call tickets from a small screen or from within the software they already use, whichever suits the counter better.
Two to three days for a standard hall, done outside opening hours. Staff training is a further half day.
The demand that machine handled moves to the counter. The system detects the peak, opens additional desks and alerts the manager to reinforce service for as long as the interruption lasts.
Yes. We work under contract across the whole estate, with an equipment inventory per branch, a visit calendar and a single point of contact for the network.
